From the day to day inhouse kitchen meal to private dinner parties, corporate events and weddings! Brita seems to do it all with creative flare and passion. I have used her on a few occassions, but most recently hired her services for a 100 pax wedding. Her speed and precise execution of all the grazing platters, canapes, main meals and deserts were spot on! The day flowed perfectly with the guests continually commenting on the deliciousness, generous servings yet delicate plating. Brilliant job Brita! I would highly recommend her for any event big or small.
